When creativity leads, humanity endures.

Tiger’s Eye began in 2021 as a spark.

At the time, I was at Starbucks Coffee Company, working alongside more than a hundred designers, writers, and producers to bring one brand to life. Each discipline fed the next, like tributaries joining a river, showing me what creativity could do at scale and how powerful it becomes when collaboration flows.

Those lessons shaped how Tiger’s Eye partners with brands today: helping leaders harness complexity, unlock creative energy, and build clarity across disciplines.

Around that same moment, NFTs were emerging, offering artists recognition and value that lasted beyond the first sale. It was a glimpse of what happens when creativity doesn’t just serve business but leads it.

That conviction guides how we work with CMOs, brand leaders, and founders now — helping them navigate new frontiers of culture and technology without losing sight of artistry and meaning.

Then came the AI boom. When consultants rushed to market with formulas and frameworks, I saw what happens when creative voices aren’t in the room: tools get shaped without care for brand, craft, or the people who make the work.

Tiger’s Eye exists to change that. We bring taste, clarity, and discernment, ensuring technology is guided by creativity, not the other way around. We harness the power of AI to elevate what only humans can bring: originality, vision, and wonder.

Our name comes from the Tiger’s Eye stone, formed under immense pressure deep in the earth. Pressure can break us, or it can shape us. For us, it’s a reminder that uncertainty — whether from new technologies or shifting markets — can sharpen brands into something stronger, clearer, more enduring.
